Could You Qualify for a £2,500 Cash Incentive?
Some tenants who move from a larger social housing property to a smaller home may qualify for a £2,500 cash incentive payment.
You may be eligible if you:
- Live alone or with your partner
- Currently occupy a larger family-sized property
- Have one or more spare bedrooms
- Move to a smaller suitable home through the scheme
The Rightsizing Team will explain the full eligibility criteria and tell you whether you qualify.
The payment is yours to spend as you choose.
