Manchester Move is back online

We are pleased to inform you that from Tuesday 17th September the Manchester Move website will have all its functionality reinstated. However, customers may notice that some functions of the website are accessed differently than they were before.

 

No changes to bidding

Firstly, customers can log in with their Manchester Move application number and password as normal. When they log in they will be able to see their banding, the contact details of the Manchester Move Landlord that manages their case, place bids and complete a change in circumstances.

 

Change in Circumstances 

If a customer needs to submit a change in circumstances form, they should click on the ‘Have your circumstances changed?’ button:

From here they will be sent an email with a link to the change in circumstances form.

 

'Unlocking' your account page

If a customer needs to upload documents to their application, or see any personal data, they will need to ‘unlock’ their account page.

This is a really easy process; customers must simply click on the ‘Unlock your account page’ button when they are logged in to Manchester Move:

                                                                                                                                                                       

This will send a One-Time-Password (OTP) to their registered email address. They then need to enter the OTP into the Manchester Move website and they will be able to access all features of Manchester Move.

Please note that customers do not have to ‘unlock’ their account page every time they log in, they are only required to do this if they need to access their personal data or upload documents.

 

The Manchester Move Bidding app

There are no changes to the Manchester Move bidding app, customers can log in as normal and place bids.

 

Customers without an email address

If a customer does not have an email address on their Manchester Move application, they can still log in to Manchester Move to place bids, however, they will not be able to perform any of the functions mentioned above. Instead, they will need to contact the Manchester Move landlord that manages their Rehousing application for assistance.

Customers can add an email address to their application by contacting the Manchester Move landlord that manages their Rehousing application.
