Homelessness Advice

If you are homeless, or if you think you are going to become homeless within the next 56 days, please contact Manchester City Council's Housing Solutions department on 0161 234 4692 to discuss your options. They may be able to assist you to find a private rented home in Greater Manchester that you can afford. Social housing in Manchester is in very high demand and families are waiting for over 3 years for an offer of a home if they are registered on Manchester Move and in Band 2.
